Service Provider Permit Parking Request.pdfPARKING RESTRICTIONS & DESIGNATED STREET PARKING:

There is no parking 7a.m.– 5p.m. Monday through Friday without a permit, excluding clearly marked service vehicles and Association approved holidays. Permits may be requested through Hart Consulting. Outside of these times, parking is designated to one side of the street with restrictions.  No parking will be permitted in the following areas at any time, including by permit:  the side of the street with mailboxes, within 20 feet of an intersection, within 20 feet of entrance medians, within 15 feet on either side of a fire hydrant, within 8 feet of an alleyway or round-about entrance, in the round-about, on certain marked curves.  Parking is available by permit only on Nauset Ct., Fletcher Ct., and Pocahontas Ct. Cars shall be removed from the street after any significant snow, so plows can clear the streets entirely.  All vehicle parked in violation of these guidelines may be towed at the sole expense of owner.

This is not an overflow or substitute parking solution for resident's vehicles.  Driveway extensions may be approved by the ACC and Board for such needs.  A Driveway Extension form may be found under HOA Forms.

ALLEYWAY STREETS: Generally accepted industry standards and practices include the following: Any portion of a vehicle that is touching the surface of a restricted area (alleyway/street) and any portion of a vehicle that may be hanging over a restricted area constitutes towing.

IMPOUND FEES:

J.R. Enterprises, Inc. has agreed to set impound and storage fees for all vehicles removed in violation of CC&Rs Section 7.4 Parking and Prohibited Vehicles 1st Amendment. The Board hopes that these set fees will eliminate concerns that the towing company is charging people differently. Always request and keep your receipt and if any person is charged a fee different than what is below, please contact Management Advantage for investigation. Should your vehicle be impounded the minimum charge will be $139 or $184 with an “after hours” fee.
