The ACC (Architectural Change Committee) helps maintain the aesthetics of Benjamin Crossing. This committee assists the board by approving/denying homeowner's requests for exterior modifications to their home or lot as determined by our governing documents. Want to make a big difference in our community? Join the ACC and help your neighbor get prompt approval for that new deck he wants to build! Have a question about the ACC form you submitted or need help, just let us know. We meet bi-monthly during the summer hours.

In order to assist homeowners with their Architectural Control requests the Committee has created ACC forms for regularly requested exterior modifications. Please use one of the below forms that best describes your modification.
