2023 - Community Garage Sale will be Friday June, 2 and Saturday, June 3  8:00am to 4:00pm.  


​2023 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Innovation Church in Lafayette, Indiana.  

​2023 Annual Assessment $235.00 per lot.  Due January 20, 2023. Late fees of $25.00 will apply after January 20, 2023, February 20, 2023 and March 20, 2023.  ​
The 2023 Assessment Invoices will be mailed in December 2022 and due January 20, 2023.

Do NOT burn leaves in the streets or at the curb.  Leaves may be burnt in a barrel only.  Do not piles leaves at the curb as there is no service to pick them up. 

2022 Community GARAGE SALE will be Friday, June 10 & Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

​​2021 Community Garage Sale - Friday, June 11 & Saturday, June 12 from 8am to 4pm.  Volunteers are needed to help place lawn signs the week of the sale.  Please contact Hart Consulting if you can assist. ​


The 2021 Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6pm at the shelter in Oakley Park on English Lane.  Bring a chair, mask and dress for the weather. Click here for notice. 

The 2020 Annual Meeting is reschedule for Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 5:30pm at the shelter in Oakley Park on English Lane, Lafayette.  Bring a chair and mask.  Social Distancing will be enforced.

POSTPONED - The 2020 Annual Meeting is postponed until further notice.

The 2020 annual assessment is due January 20, 2020.  Hallmark Lots are $235 per lot and Village Lots are $275 per lot.  There is NOT an online payment option.  No Debit or Credit Cards accepted. Do not send cash.  Make check or money order payable to Benjamin Crossing HOA and mail to PO Box 6921 Lafayette, IN 47903.


ROAD CLOSURES NOTICE!
In September 2019 maintenance to the alleyways will be preformed.  This means the alleyways will be completely closed off to traffic for a time period.  Residents of the alleyways being sealcoated will not have vehicle access to their driveways or garages! Street parking will be allowed durning the sealcoat project. Click here to see notification letter with details.
