Welcome to the Benjamin Crossing HOA website!

MAY:

DOTEN/SPEEDWELL SIGN CORRECTED: The street sign designating Speedwell Lane at the entrance of Benjamin Crossing has been corrected by the County on Monday, May 14th at the request of the Board.  The three houses across from the Chilton pond are on Speedwell Lane not Doten Drive as previously listed.  We hope this will prevent any future confusion. If you know of any other signs that need to be corrected within the subdivision, please contact Management Advantage.

PARK CLEAN-UP DAY RESCHEDULED: The Park Clean-Up day will not be May 19th as originally announced. It has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 26th. Please join committee members and volunteers at Oakley Park under the pavilion at 10 a.m. If you are interested in donating trash bags or gloves for this event, please contact the Common Area Committee Chairperson, Lyn Kaspar by phone at 471-8950.

If you have not received a letter, please contact Management Advantage. Updates will be provided as details become available. Below are the current phase schedules:

PHASE I: Speedwell/Chilton & Chilton/Priest the week of June 11th
PHASE II: Priest/Brewster & Brewster/Margesson the week of June 18th

COMMON AREAS - LAWN CARE UPDATE: Total Lawn Care has advised that the common area’s lawn was not damaged as a result of fertilizing. The brown grass is dormant, but the roots are healthy and will turn green once it rains. Should the lawn not turn green the company has agreed to re-seed as needed.

GOOGLE TRANSLATOR ADDED: Good news! Benjamin Crossing website content can now be translated into a different language thanks to the Google Translator. We understand that English is a second language for many of our homeowners/residents and hope this addition will make accessing and understanding the website a little easier.

We will let you know when all links are updated. If you have any suggestions for improving the website, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We are also working on making it easier for homeowners to report bullying and criminal activity in our subdivision. Just click on the WeTip link above and fill out the form anonymously or contact them at 800-78-CRIME. If you see any activity in the parks after dusk, please contact the Sheriff's Department or WeTip. You don't have to be on the Neighborhood Watch Committee to curb vandalism and gang activity in our parks. Help is just a click or phone call away!

What is WeTip and how does it work?

The Tippecanoe County supports WeTip! WeTip is a national nonprofit organization, staffing tip operators that take anonymous tips from all 50 states including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  For over 33 years, WeTip has taken over 411,000 tips. These Tips are always anonymous.  WeTip never knows who you are.  The hotlines are answered by bilingual tip operators, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

WeTip forwards the information you provide to the Sheriff's office or other local law enforcement agency.  It is up to law enforcement to decide the best course of investigative action to take at that point. This isn't a substitute for calling 911 in a real emergency. If you witness a crime in progress or if you or someone you know is in immediate peril, calling 911 in an emergency is the best response.
